Our client was downsizing from a large property to this small, outdated cottage. We got to work on maximising space, modernising it throughout and design managing the entire project. We reconfigured the layout upstairs from three small bedrooms to a large master bedroom with en-suite and a spacious guest bedroom. In the living room, we installed a new fireplace and designed bespoke joinery, including a bar for when hosting.The brief throughout was modern-rustic, which tied in beautifully with some of the client’s existing pieces, creating an incredibly warm and inviting home.
